How it Works:
The 30 Day Nutrition Challenge creates structure in your life, provides simple menu plans and recipes that taste delicious, supports your health, and keeps you accountable to your health goals.
The class can be taken from the comfort of your home, office or any location. Once the class begins, you will be given access to the online classroom. Here you will be provided with all of the material and resources you need for The 30 Day Nutrition Challenge.
You will be given The 30 Day Nutrition Challenge Course Book: Nutrition 101- which provides you with a syllabus and clear instructions for what to do each week. We know there is a lot of information in this course, but we want to make sure that you get to read it, listen to it, practice it, and eat it. Each week has a different focus, so that you can gradually integrate more information into your life over the course of the Challenge.

Level 1: You might just want some new inspiration for cooking and are already quite knowledgable about nutrition and wellness. This provides you with a menu plan, recipes and grocery list for 30 days. Plus, in case you have questions, you can ask away on the Forum.
Level 2: This is the most popular level. Level 2 provides you with all of the support you need to successfully eat well and feel amazing. The material in the course workbook will keep you on track and guide you through challenges that come up along the way.
Level 3: This is the most supportive level. If you are looking for personalized support and want to take on completely transforming your health, a nutrition coach could be in store for you. If you know you sometimes need a little extra push or someone to keep you accountable to your health goals– we specialize in gentle, loving, motivating coaching.

I took part in the 30-day nutrition challenge and what I enjoyed the most was seeing a new take on old ingredients. I like fruits and vegetables, but I always seem to eat the same ones over and over (hello broccoli, carrots and spinach!) so to receive a full month of meal plans and recipes complete with grocery lists was fantastic!
