How it Works:
The 30 Day Nutrition Challenge: Gluten Free is a dynamic online class, with more of a focus than the original 30 Day Nutrition Challenge. This course steps it up a notch, delving into the world of living with gluten-free foods. Like all of our online courses, this course provides structure, simple menu plans and recipes that taste delicious, as well as supports your health and keeps you accountable to your health goals.
This class can be taken from the comfort of your home, office, or any location. Once the class begins, you will be given access to the online classroom. Here you will be provided with all the material and resources you need for The 30 Day Nutrition Challenge: Gluten Free.
