Buying and eating good quality food can be expensive…if you look at it that way. Buying and eating good quality food is the best investment you will ever make - what you feed your body determines so much about your health and quality of life.
That being said, we know there is a balance for most people- and we don’t expect you to drop all of your other expenses and invest everything into buying food.
When you join the 30 Day Nutrition Challenge Courses – we will give you tips on how to be a savvy grocery shopper and purchase good ingredients on a tight budget.
